Work Partiers - Jobs Well Done!!

SPECIAL PERISHER TRAILS WORK PARTY – 18-19 (and maybe 20th) May 2024

The last Work Party of the summer is scheduled for the weekend of May 18-19 (plus Monday 20/5 if required) with accommodation provided by Canberra Alpine Club in Perisher. Jobs will include finishing the water-mitigation bridge construction, installing the temporary half-pipe drains and covers on the trails and transforming the Nordic Shelter from a worksite to its familiar welcoming winter identity.

Amazingly, the weather forecast looks promising!

If you plan to attend, contact Peter Ward at nswxc1@gmail.com. Bring work clothes for all weather, gum boots might be an advantage. Bring lunch, snacks and your cup/plate/cutlery/etc. Coffee and tea are available at the Nordic Shelter.

If you would like accommodation at CAC, contact Peter Cunningham at peter.petercunningham@gmail.com. Bring bed linen, towels, drink and food to share for a social dinner.
